Waxworks combines photographic prints, color and black and white, with a version of an ancient greek technique of encaustic painting (beeswax and oil paint pigment), which dates back to 800 BC. At Waxworks we use your imagery to create a unique fine art piece. Each piece is made by hand, especially for you.
 A RC photograph mounted with Unique Mounting Services (UniqueMounting.com) on a lightweight mica box panel and hand brushed with encaustic paint and tinted with oils. This process maintains the most photographic details and does not alter the clarity of the image, it is our lightest encaustic treatment.
